Доставка 14 дней ровно, до пятерочки. Молд на вид хорошего качества, но достаточно мягкий, легко провисает. На ощупь очень приятный, но на мой взгляд, мог бы быть поплотнее, мне есть с чем сравнить. Единственное, сразу же после оформления заказа попросила изменить пункт выдачи - указан был не ближайший пункт выдачи в пятерочке, а тот, что далеко от меня. Продавец написал - ок, в итоге все равно пришло в далекий пункт. Хотя прод заверял, что все изменил и чтобы я шла по второму адресу забирать заказ, хотя в письме на почте и в смс был другой адрес. В итоге зря промоталась, все равно пришлось по морозу далеко идти. Это разочаровало ((. А в остальном все хорошо и забирать в пятерочке понравилось)) жалко так не со всеми заказами можно делать
